Love this place. Great teachers great vibes.I only practice yoga once a week, so going to a new studio can be intimidating. The staff at Sacred were welcoming. The class was super challenging but everyone was at different levels, so I felt like I could go at my own pace.... more
A Great Way to Start the Day.Love this soul cycle location and facility! It is super convenient for me because my work is only a couple blocks away so I am able to come here early before work, workout, shower and then go straight to work from there! The facility have showers, hair dryers, makeup stations, towels shampoo, face wash, razors everything you need to walk out refreshed and feel good about your workout! There is also enough showers and room so there is no enormous line to wait for a shower like how I experienced in a weekly basis at the Bryant Park studio; where you raced to get a shower or had to skip stretching to get a shower in a reasonable amount of time.... more

LOVE this studio! Has a cute book store in the front and a super community vibe. Personal favorites is their now WEEKLY Vino and Vinyasa series. It's so nice that a studio takes the time to foster the community and encourage friendships between their students.... more

I am very happy to know a place like this is available, very professional and knowledgeable, great spot..S10 Training in New York is a great gym consistently. Amazing place along with amazing people. Felt welcome at my first class. And ever since I have built an amazing connection with the fellow student and with the teacher. I've been practicing at lighthouse for a very long time and have seen improvements in my practice, meditation and self awareness that I was not able to achieve at other studios.
