Namaste! Enjoyed going here for a class. Have some lower back problems from driving so much. Learned lots of great exercises to help me stretch my sacrum out. Anyway, great instructor and they didnt make me feel intimidated by not knowing what all the moves are.... more

Nice place, near to my house. Not overcrowded, I bought 1 year plan which was 275$.. Great gym to workout at. No need to waste workout time looking for weights as this is the most organized gym I have been too.... more

Really good class! Intense and sweaty fitness boxing followed by relaxing yoga session! Only issues are 1) the bags are way too close to the wall which makes it impossible to box correctly 2) no guidance on boxing technique 3) very crowded especially in the morning.... more
