Awesome atmosphere The coach is great as they keep up the intensity and continually keep you on pace and performing the excercises correctly.
A clean and a great environment to workout and relax.
I love this place! Everyone is friendly, the facility is very clean and has lots of great equipment
Best gym in Staten Island. Great coaches and staff. If you are serious about improving your health and getting an effective but still fun workout try it, you will love it.
Started OT fitness loose weight and get stronger and fitter. After just a few weeks i feel the difference. You only get one body. I want to take care of this one. Loce coach Jen.
Great workout, facility is clean and the environment is supportive. You can't beat the cost of the gym and trainer. I enjoy the challenge of the daily workouts and beating my own goals and targets. Orange theory is my new way of life. Check out the results after you give it a try. Come see for yourself!

Such a great workout. No judgement zone and the trainers are so helpful and kind. I recommend this gym to anyone who is willing to do the work to get fit and feel better about oneself.
Work out challenges are progressive; trainers are all attentive, environment is comfortable. If you're looking for a personal trainer Orange Theory provides the results without the cost of a one on one trainer. Orange is my life change. Lost 10lbs in three weeks and toned back up in two weeks. Diet and life change results will depend on you!

Brian is such an incredible instructor! Today (7/27/18) was my very first time at OTF. I will definitely be back for more sessions and I highly recommend.
Orange theory is an amazing workout that pushes me to my limits every day. No workout is the same and the coaches are phenomenal at helping you hit all your goals! I am addicted.
Amazing workout! Instructors are all extremely helpful and supportive. They give you every ounce of push you need to make it through that class. Classes are no joke, but every workout you leave feeling accomplished. Thank you OTF!
I have been going to Orangetheory now for a little over a month and I must say I am seeing results and I am extremely estactic . There trainers Frank John are absolutely amazing at what they do!! The energy they bring to each class continue to keep me motivated and reminds me why I am there ! I would recommend anyone to take one of there classes.
So far this is the best gym I've been to, small classes, great coaches that keep you motivated and convenient hours. Highly recommend!

OTF is just the motivation I need to reach my goal. The coaches work with you, train you, and educate you throughout the workouts. Ive seen such great improvements in my recent bloodwork that proves I'm ALOT healthier inside and out! It's the best decision I've made for myself in 2018.
Amazing class! Super challenging and awarding. Brian was a fantastic instructor and made sure I was doing well throughout my first class!
Joined a few months ago after being refered by a friend . I was pleasantly surprised . Workouts are well organized , staff and trainers very friendly and attentive to each individual. Best part is that you gain a complete workout in just 1 hour !
Love this place and the energy and effective workout it provides. The Front desk is so friendly especially Sean!! Frank is one of the best coaches there, he pushes me to give my all each workout!
I'm very happy with my overall experience with OTF and Staten Island-Richmond is no exception. The staff are all very kind and supportive. I especially love trainers like Frank and Sean who give high fives in class and say my name to encourage me throughout the class. Well worth the $$$.
Killer workout! Wish I had time to do it more often. Most calorie burn of any workout I've ever done. Instructors are all fantastic. People very friendly. Love the competition aspect of it too and how you can see your progress on the screen. Only complaint is air conditioning always pumping too much!
I love the variety, I love feeling part of a group, the teachers are fantastic, and it's all science-based. I wouldn't change a thing (except to make membership more affordable). I'm learning new exercises and working out muscles I didn't even know I had! Because each class combines cardio and strength, OTF provides a complete workout for heart, body and mind. Keep up the good work!
