Orange Theory is exploding all over. So I had to check it out. I train for Ironman so I am very knowledgeable about Heart Zones and the impact they have. An Ironman with Swim, Bike and Run you have to be in right zones to last over 11 hours of Cardio.... more

The name is Escape Spa & Salon, not At Peace and Relaxed. Only go there for massages, but they offer other services. I recommend the masseuse Anna. She's great!. Marnie is wonderful to work with.... more
