One of the best decisions I could have ever made. Just completed my 4th month and I am loving it. Outstanding coaches and such positive energy by every single person I have met there. The work outs are great, challenging, and most definitely work your body. I have gotten more out of SinCity crossfit in one hour, than in my one hour at the gym that I did for years. I recommend SinCity crossfit to everyone I meet who is looking to make a body life change. I have come to learn that age doesn't matter, if you have the want you can do it, and it is at your pace. I wasn't sure I would be able to do it when I started, I will be 50 in March and thought I was too old to start. Boy was I wrong, the coaches are so good they make sure to teach correct form and technique and watch carefully at every work out to see that everyone is doing it right. If you cant do something there is something else to take its place. I have not had one problem. I am excited to see what I can accomplish by the end of this year. Thank you SinCity Crossfit

Great 101 course. Billy is a very good instructor. Once you have finished 101, start the classes and take it one step at a time.
