A welcoming dojos for all ages and ability levels. Sensei Arlene and the black belts she has trained are very knowledgeable and are excellent instructors. Training is always done with safety in mind. I'm not afraid of getting injured and can enjoy the beautiful movements of Aikido.

If your looking for a great place to train in Aikido or if your just looking to check it out, this is the place for you. the instructor is really good, great with all age groups young and old. and class times are convenient. i have trained there many times when im'm in the area.
I've been one of the longest members of Henderson Aikido and one of the first. I very well enjoy the experience of Aikido, and hope to rejoin this summer. I have a lot of good memories of all the dojos, and am currently a red belt.
