Orange Theory is exploding all over. So I had to check it out. I train for Ironman so I am very knowledgeable about Heart Zones and the impact they have. An Ironman with Swim, Bike and Run you have to be in right zones to last over 11 hours of Cardio.... more

Pretty. Would not recommend playing a tennis tournament at this location unless they improve their court scheduling as they don't start their posted matches on time. They advertised that the tournament would be primarily on Friday Saturday Sunday, but our daughters first match was on Thursday night, supposed to start at 7:30 they didn't even get on the court till 8 p.... more
