PowerCycle is more than just a basic spin studio. They have other classes such as yoga, barre, and stength. I usually get bored of workouts/fitness studios and stop going, but the friendly instructors, beat based workouts, and frequent challenges motivate me to keep coming back.... more

Great way to burn a ton of calories and meet new people. Priced way better than most other fitness classes for unlimited workouts. Good workout, kind people. I just wish there was more of a sparring aspect, but to be fair, you can get one on one classes and they don't tout themselves as a self-defense gym.... more
