Amazing friendly staff that knows you by name and makes you feel welcome every time you enter the gym. Great motivating trainers (Chris C.) and fitness classes at all times of the day.
The Pine Lake location is great. Nice spacious weight room and aerobic facilities, unlike all the other gyms in the area. The class instructors are trained to push and improve the stamina/strength of their clients.

Personal training staff is top notch. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and fun! If you ever wanted to know how to obtain your fitness goals, give them a shot. Happy lifting! :)

From the day I walked into this location, employees and trainers knew me by name. I actually look forward to going to the gym because I always receive a "Go kill your workout!" or an encouraging comment from somebody. The atmosphere of Pine Lake is state of the art - always clean, great natural light, and no judgment. Tanning and classes are included as well, which is the cherry on top. I LOVE THIS LOCATION AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES!!!!! Joe the regional manager is extremely approachable and helpful. Thank you all for making going to the gym a great experience. Highly recommend this location.
This gym is the best in Lincoln. Joe and his staff do such an amazing job! They are able to provide that hometown feel in by always greeting you by name and always treating you like family! Top of the line workout facility and great classes! This gym keeps us motivated to keep coming back!
Friendly staff, great equipment and an outstanding facility! All of the classes at the Pine Lake location are great, but the All American class is my favorite! Push yourself in this class to see amazing gains as you drop weight, increase definition & build your cardio vascular strength! Come check it out - you won't be disappointed.
It is an awesome club. I have been a member since it opened and i will continue to be for a very long time. The staff is excellent (especially Chris who always makes you feel welcome), the early morning crowd very dedicated and all in all it is a very good way to start the day, everyday. The manager, Joe is extremely responsive to any questions. All of the equipment is well maintained and request to fix any problems are speedily attended to.
I just found out there is a charge for 34.00 on my bank account and I called and they said it is an enhancement fee to give maintenance to the machines and they will charge you every 6 months. I have been in several gyms and I have never heard of such stupid charge, they don't even clean the place it is nasty!!! I moved to Florida and I have visit several gyms to enroll and they don't charge for that. Genesis is ripping customers off and many of us do not even know it... I will pass it onto all my friends in Lincoln if this is not resolved... Ripping your customers off is not how you run business, this eventually will catch up with them.
