Great 24hr accessable gym, with the best personal trainers I've ever met. Not only is the staff friendly, but all other members are friendly. Best gym experience in my life. My sister said "that place? Isn't it full of Meatheads?" Ha!!! No. Mostly middle aged ladies and gentlemen whenever I'm in.

Kratos is an awesome old school gym where fitness for all is celebrated! The trainers are great and so are the other gym members! Definitely like a family!
