I'm a regular at this studio and took the teacher training this winter, it's the best yoga studio and teacher training, I highly recommend it. The instructors are the best, the community is incredible and the heated room makes such a positive difference too.... more

We've just returned after a 5 year break, we had to join as new members. But the great thing is that 4 personal training sessions were included, a family pass for friends, a spa coupon for a free massage, and many others.... more
