My first time at Orange Theory was amazing. The staff was welcoming, the sanitizing of equipment was remarkable. Our coach Alaina was awesome with explaining each workout and expectations for the class. It was a great cardio workout!

Great workout. This was pretty intense and hard workout. I like the cross training aspect as the variety is very interesting. It was certainly harder than I would push myself if I was at the gym. The trainers are helpful and friendly, and the people in the class are nice too. Glad I finally tried Orangetheory.

It's a challenging workout in an incredible atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the coaches help push you to your true potential. The facilities are always spotless and the machines in working order. I would recommend OTF to anyone!

It pushes me in a way that I don't think I could do myself. I feel strong and liberated after I walk out those doors. The coaches have great energy.

I love this place for many reasons. The cleanliness, friendliness, efficiency and sense of community. They always keep your workouts intense and interesting. So happy we signed up!

I have never felt more welcome at a gym or fitness center than I do at OTF-Ann Arbor. The staff makes an effort to know every person who walks through the doors and goes out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible. I've found more than just fitness at OTF, I've found a community. I've also tested my fitness limits and accomplished personal goals that I believed were so far-fetched. I highly recommend OTF to anyone looking for an experience above and beyond what one sees at average gym.

OTF has the best instructors that aren't afraid to challenge me to push my limits. They get to know you and what you are capable of and challenge you to get better. The workouts can be tailored to any fitness level but as a former D1 athlete I really believe this is the best workout you can get. I love to push my limits and I feel challenged every single class. The energy and the team vibe was something I was not expecting when I first signed up.

It is motivating, difficult, and I like the switching (gives me hope, LOL). Love the coaching and the screens for floor training. Love that you keep equipment clean with every class! So many time slots available, and ability to switch locations is huge. App is easy to use. Nice showers and bathrooms. Only been there three times, and I've never checked myself in. With all those people, how do they know me so fast?? Attentive. Great job :)

Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the staff to the members. Nothing feels better than expending energy while surrounded by a bunch of positive energy.

The trainers - they have good energy and keep me motivated. Christie, Greg, Meredith, Alicia and Seana at Main Street are fantastic! They also all help accommodate my various injuries by helping me identify appropriate modifications. The continuously changing workouts and challenges make it motivating and fun to come back. I have gotten faster and stronger since I joined OTF. I like the community that OTF AA has fostered. The front desk staff helps with this. They are all great even when I show up at 4:40 am for a 5:00 am class they greet me with a smile. I highly recommend for people at all levels from new to working out to seasoned athletes.

I love so much about it. The variation, the music (very nicely kept to a motivating beat), the friendly staff (instructors and desk staff), the heart rate zone focus, the ventilation and cool temperature, being told what to do without having to think of it myself, the options that make it scale so easily for different fitness levels, the rowing machines, the attention to keeping the equipment clean, the online reservations, the wide schedule options. Highly recommended!

I have worked out regularly for almost 2 years, I always saw more muscle but never actually lost any weight. I have stuck with it, because any 30 year old female will tell you it's only an uphill battle against your slowing metabolism from here.

I tried Orange Theory about 2 months ago, and for the first time since I bought a scale about 18 months ago, I have finally lost 2 lbs below my usual 5 lb fluctuation. Which is going to be my greatest motivation for sticking with it and working harder each class then I did in the last.

Is it hard? Yes. Is it expensive? Yes. But this is your body and your health we're talking about, these are things worth investing in!

What I love about Orange Theory is the fact that I can constantly monitor my progress throughout the class. If I'm not working hard enough I will see my name in blue/green zone and that will be enough to motivate me to push myself harder into the uncomfortable orange and red zone.
I have often been discouraged because working out is typically hard to measure in the form of "what did I accomplish?" or "how many calories did I burn?". Working out at Orange Theory has taken out that guess work and given me control of actually reaching goals and becoming more healthy!

I highly recommend to anyone considering, give it a try! (They'll usually let you try your first one free!)

My first experience was AWESOME!!!! The people at the front desk explained the different plans they had to offer and made me feel very welcome. The trainer was great she explained what the workout would consist of and she made sure that I was doing ok and doing the workout properly. I will be going back and I would recommend this to any one who would like to find a good place have fun while getting in shape. Oh yes and the music was on point!!!

I love the variety! And, that it pushes me to try things I've always wanted to - I never tried weight lifting until OTF, only some cardio and lots of running. I feel stronger all over.
