Only visit this location on vacation. It's a fun great workout. With a parking structure next door..Very cool place to have utilize high interval station work-out training..I love OTF to the point of near addiction which is saying a lot coming from a 20yr fitness hiatus.... more
OTF along TO Boulevard. Busy Plaza so parking can be a challenge sometimes. Friendly staff and no pressure signing up in this location. I've been to two trial classes and they are nice.... more

The staff is amazing and the workouts are Bonkers!.Unfortunately this is now one of the worst locations of the 30 or so I have visited. This location believes its liability will not permit you to adjust any part of the class to fit your own needs nor will they allow you to stay after class and do any stretching that you field your body means.... more
