It's great to show up and get a great workout without thinking about what to do next. I feel great afterwards and membership is a fraction of the price of a personal trainer.. Smaller studio in comparison to the suburbs, but it has it all to get that workout conquered.... more

Horrible sign up experience, zero communication between staff members. I signed up for a class online then received a text that I still needed to sign up. I thought I was good to go after my text conversation with a staff member, however I got another text the next day from another staff person that I was not actually signed up.... more
Coach Kenna is a the best Coach. She makes one out of shape guy feel welcomed. Coach Joe is very instructional and helpful as well. Symphonie always makes sure I am doing well and convinced me to change my life and join OTF.... more

I have been to multiple studios in different states and OTF Pentagon City has the rudest front desk staff. The past two years I have dropped in here and they were always nice but the past month I have felt so uncomfortable, I will not be returning.... more
