Open, clean space run by a friendly, dedicated, and highly educated team.The price is a bargain for what is offered and you join a vibrant, diverse community. Love it here. Good workout, good practical self defense techniques. Instructors are awesome. Good special training sessions. I recommend. Head instructor Brian Kushner is an excellent teacher and vast font of knowledge.... more

Came here for 1 week drop in during the holidays. Absolutely loved it. Staff is chill, fair price, and amazing setup. I'm a powerlifter, this place had plenty of racks and platforms in the back.... more
