By far the best yoga classes I've ever taken. The instructor gently guides our class through breathing exercises that relax our entire system. Then we do yoga poses that focus our breathing, while also improving our body's flexibility and strength.... more

Nice people. Equipment is good. They have everything you need. The reason for the three stars is simple: the men's locker room bathroom had a STRONG urine odor throughout. It felt like you soiled yourself and were standing in it at all time.... more

Smaller than most my gym. Went there for a birthday party a couple of weeks ago and I believe we were the last party. It smelled of dirty socks and the other my gyms I have been to did not smell like this.... more
Check out their boot camp and after a couple weeks, i already feel less sluggish, have more energy, and it even motivates me to eat better. At first, they didnt offer that many class options which didnt quite work for me, but they slowly started offering more classes and I can make it in regularly now.... more

Oh man this gym has some of the most unfriendly staff going around. Every single time I went in they were rude and disinterested. The gym itself is a bit beaten up and the back left corner of the weight room honestly smell like something as died.... more

Great gym which is conveniently located in the heart of Bethesda Row. Coming from Miami this is perhaps the second best equinox besides the one in the Gables. The layout is easy to work around on the main floor, just kinda wish they had more ab machines and the steam room could have been bigger.... more
