FT is terrific. Even before this pandemic, their studios were always the cleanest I have ever seen and everything in each studio sprayed and wiped. Their trainers are good people, supportive and usually quite knowledgeable about the body beyond simply how to do exercise.... more

This is a cute, clean, and bright studio. I have experienced both private and group Pilates classes with different instructors. Instructors are all great and very experienced. In addition, classes are small which makes it possible for instructors to pay close attention to each individual.... more

Boutique studio in Bethesda with Excellent teachers caring and welcoming staff. I love this studio and find that it offers more true-to-yoga Yoga. I can not do the corporate chains that pride themselves in offering aerobic style yoga nor yoga studios with one style of class and No music that insist one force themselves to Work Harder.... more
