Boutique studio in Bethesda with Excellent teachers caring and welcoming staff. I love this studio and find that it offers more true-to-yoga Yoga. Check out their boot camp and after a couple weeks, i already feel less sluggish, have more energy, and it even motivates me to eat better. At first, they didnt offer that many class options which didnt quite work for me, but they slowly started offering more classes and I can make it in regularly now.... more

Great gym which is conveniently located in the heart of Bethesda Row. Coming from Miami this is perhaps the second best equinox besides the one in the Gables. The layout is easy to work around on the main floor, just kinda wish they had more ab machines and the steam room could have been bigger.... more
