UFC is an awesome place to come get a full body work out no matter what class you take!! Definitely a great change of pace!. If you want great instructor then u should go here ,but they will hide a lot of information from you ,so they can convince you to sign the contract.... more

Come try it and make your own mind. They always have awesome deals for new students worth your while. This studio owns my heart and not only because I teach there but because its been my shala for over 3 years and I have been to all studios around new orleans- that said, yoga is a personal experience so you have to find a studio and teacher you connect with in a deeper level.... more

Most unethical company. I called to tell them I'm pregnant and can no longer attend the gym for the rest of my pregnancy and they were sorry they had to keep charging me every month instead of freezing the account until my pregnancy was over and I could come back to the gym.... more

it was a good stay but ther is hidon fees and the bathroom was way to small for a tall ppl the staff was frandley but it is not for chep ppl the soda mashen was $3 the snak bar was a lot and not even a free brufest i pay for 1 room $212 that was for the room and parking ... more

Outdated equipment, poor management.... I've been involved in boxing since 1996. Almost every aspect . I own a boxing gym, but was in New Orleans for work and trained here.
