Don't waste your money!! They'll force you in a contract and not deliver! It's a scam and they're a terrible company offer suboptimal services and equipment!! There are way better gyms out there, so please don't get trapped giving your money to this gym!

If you want to join this gym, make sure you are very clear during contract discussions. I was tricked into signing a year long contract when I was promised month to month. When I brought it up to the management, there was nothing they could do as the person who enrolled me was fired. THEN, when my contract ended, I was charged additional months even though I was not able to go to the gym because my contract ended. You have to call an outside billing department to cancel or you will continue to be charged even though you aren't even contractually allowed to go to the gym. Horrible customer service experience. Would have given zero stars if allowed.

Gym is decent enough I suppose but the billing company they use is one hair away from being a criminal fraud operation. Do business with a gym that does its own books.

DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS GYM. Unbelievably misleading. I asked the male staff member before I signed anything-with my husband next to me-about their policy when the memberships term ended and I was told it ends after the 12 month term and I don't need to do anything after that date. I followed that response with do I need to send in a letter prior because my last gym required that and he said nope you don't need to do anything.
This is not the case. I was automatically renewed after the 12 month term ended and I didn't even know about this until I got a withdrawal out of my account the following month.
They could've saved me a lot of headache, money, time and hassle by giving me all the information upfront about cancellation and auto renewal and I would've followed protocol. The main reason I signed up at this gym was for what I thought was a fair low price and an easy cancellation policy.
I made the mistake of trusting what was being told to me so learn form my mistake read between the lines of your contract and don't trust what the staff is telling you or better yet just don't ever sign up at this gym or any French Riviera gym for that matter.

My personal trainer Wendy is the best. She's a great motivator and helped me gain more strength. She always have a great personality and always make you feel positive all the time. Because of her, I look forward to my work out! Wendy is amazing and I highly recommend her!

I joined almost a year ago and maybe visited 3 times until signed up for personal training with Wendy. She is tough, challenging, and I look forward to her keeping me accountable for my sessions 3 times a week. If you are looking for a trainer and want to get serious you definitely need to ask for Wendy !!
