I enjoyed working out in a group setting. I am glad that I got out of my comfort zone and gave it a try. Some exercises were challenging but I conquered them thanks to the help of the Amazing personal trainers who explained them in detail and made sure I was doing it correctly Jordan my assigned personal trainer was always so encouraging and helpful! Every single coach there was beyond supportive and really made sure to help as much as they could! The awesome trainers at ITF are what really sets this gym apart from other group fitness gyms. There are modifications for all fitness levels and the trainers are constantly watching form and helping prevent injury.... more
