If you want to change your body, or more importantly your life, go see these guys. Walk in with an open mind like I did. And you'll walk out a different person after the six week challenge! It's tough. But so rewarding. The staff is amazing. TJ, Lauren and all the coaches. They actually care about you. And that was very different from any other gym I've been to. The workouts are intense but fun. And they help you with everything else that comes with fitness. And that's great. So do yourself and favor and try them out. What do you have to lose? I'm glad I did.

In January of 2018 I had surgery that required the placement of a rod and screw in the femur of my right leg. During my recovery I slowly packed on the pounds and before I knew it I was well over 200 pounds and heavier than I'd ever been. After a miserable plane ride in a middle seat I knew something had to change. One of our friends had recently completed the Iron Tribe Six Week Challenge and only had positive things to say about the experience so I decided to give it a try.
Well, the results from my Six Week Challenge are in and through a ton of hard work, dedication and support from my Iron Tribe teammates and coaches I crushed my goals. In just 6 wks I lost 28.5 lbs, gained 2 lbs of muscle, and lost 12.5% of my starting total body fat. The coaches break the moves down so that even a complete novice will be comfortable with learning the moves. They're also incredibly supportive and willing to answer questions that come up along the way. The "tribe" mentality that they foster in the first three weeks of classes helps build an amazing support system that lays the foundation of future success in the program. Coaches TJ and Lauren are second to none and want nothing more than to see you succeed and reach your personal goals. TJ even coaxed me into doing a weighted pull-up! I really can't say enough positive things about Iron Tribe (especially IT on Ponce). It's for sure worth the investment in yourself and I have the results to prove it.

I recently completed the 6 week challenge with ITF! The training that you will receive here is really fantastic and they can help you to reach your goals! I was able to lose 7% Body Fat in just 6 weeks which is a testament to their training and program! If you stick to it then you can make it happen as well. Thank you ITF!

I would give Iron Tribe on Ponce 10 stars if able. The coaches (Lauren, TJ, Megan, Damien) are supportive and considerate, but also willing to push you because they believe in you. The 6 week challenge is no joke, and it's definitely not easy. But if you listen to your coaches, stick to the meal plan provided and come to class, the results are worth it. If you've been plateauing on your weight loss journey or are scared to even go to a gym because you're not familiar with the equipment, give Iron Tribe on Ponce a try!

The workouts are hard but they're totally worth it. My schedule is completely crazy and its hard to make it in when I want to, but when I do I feel great. I look forward to continuing my progress and sweating my way to a healthier me.

I can't recommend ITF on Ponce enough. The coaches are excellent and the community makes the gym feel like a home away from home. I walk in each time looking forward to the workout and the people. Especially during the most recent fitness challenge, I've noticed real results. Support from the coaches and all my friends at the gym keep me extra motivated. Plus, Coach Lauren is super hot.

I can't recommend Iron Tribe enough! I started 2 years ago and in that time I have experienced great trainers and and even better gym members that create a great community of fitness. All fitness levels and knowledge are welcome and everyone works hard to be approachable there. If you are new to fitness or have been playing sports or working out consistently, I definitely would encourage you to try Iron Tribe, you won't be disappointed!

Ever been absolutely terrified to walk back into a gym because you've completely let yourself go and gotten out of shape? Ever felt like the second you walked back in, you'd be the worst? That other people would look at you? Make fun of you? That staff would make you feel stupid? Look at you funny? That was me. 4 weeks ago. I absolutely DREADED walking back into the gym and facing my biggest fear of failing in front of a room full of people. I had anxiety and felt sick to my stomach the first day I walked into Iron Tribe - sure everyone would think I was a joke and I'd be mocked for being out of shape. I couldn't have been anymore wrong. The second I walked into Iron Tribe, I immediately felt welcomed and like part of the team. No one thought twice about where my starting point was - everyone just jumped in encouraging me (and everyone else around). The coaches took time to make sure that I understood each exercise and that each person in the room felt comfortable before getting started. I have never walked into a gym and felt like a part of a team, a part of a family - until I walked into Iron Tribe. This challenge has changed my life in ways I didn't imagine. I might still be the worst in each class but every one lifts me up and encourages me to do my best, while focusing on doing their best as well. I a reminded every time I walk in that we all start somewhere and that we all are in a different place in our journey. Things can be modified and there is nothing wrong with that. I have felt more confident than I have in years and better about my health and my mental state than I would've thought possible in recent months. I am so thankful for this opportunity and to have found a gym and a workout that I truly LOVE. Thank you Iron Tribe Fitness!!!

Iron Tribe Fitness is an incredible gym. I joined about a year and a half ago looking for somewhere that would help me celebrate my body and its strength. Fast forward to now and I'm feeling stronger than ever, encouraged by the intentional coaches and amazing community. The workouts are kick ass and the members are top notch. I love it here!

Great place to train with professional and knowledgeable coaching. Much more affordable than CrossFit.

Amazing place to come to for a quick group exercise! Here they will really work you to the bone and push you to your limits. Everyone is always energetic, the work outs intense and people are super supportive. Only bad part about this its not open freely for conventional uses. Still a great place for a quick sweat and always left satisfied.

One major aspect that separates Iron Tribe Fitness from any other gym I've ever been to, is that they are incredible holistic in their coaching and care for members. When I first met with one of the coaches/trainers, Ben, for an initial assessment, he not only did a physical evaluation, but he also asked me questions about my diet, my emotional health, my general goals in life, and more. After the assessment, I started their "101" class where for a month they spend time both teaching how to accurately do all the movements in the workouts as well as thoroughly educating on diet and nutrition. As a result, I not only have been working on getting in shape, but have also made adjustments in my diet and have achieved some goals around my emotional health as well. Since I started with the gym, Ben, along with the other amazing trainers at the gym, have been incredibly consistent in checking-in on me and asking where I believe I am at with my physical, nutritional, and personal goals. It has become a true community for me. This is one of the major reasons why I look forward to going to Iron Tribe. It's a place where I'm known and a place where I honestly just have a lot of fun. And I've built friendships that go outside the walls of the gym.

In addition, I haven't been at a gym that has pushed me this hard (in a good way) since I played sports in High School. The workouts and the trainers have encouraged me to do things that I never thought I would be able to do. While the workouts are hard, it has felt so good to see myself make the physical improvements that I've made...and you are in and out of the gym in 45 minutes. I definitely highly recommend this to people at any age or performance level. They will meet you where you are and help you to get to the next level.

My first month at Iron Tribe is nearly over and I look forward to continuing to work out here. I'm not a natural athlete, but I enjoy being active (running, swimming, hiking, rock climbing). I joined Iron Tribe after my physical therapist (treating for a running injury) recommended strength training for my overall performance. Little did I know how much I'd enjoy it.

Gyms as a whole are not my thing, but Iron Tribe is special. Unlike other gyms I've tried, this is one of the least intimidating gyms I've ever experienced. There are people of all fitness levels in the classes, the coaches/trainers respect your ability and comfort level, and they genuinely encourage you to do your best. They show several "scales" of the exercises so that if you can't do one thing, you can do a modified version of it and still get a good workout. You won't find anyone shaming you here; it's exceptionally encouraging.

My favorite part of the whole experience is the personal attention. I was always hesitant to do strength training because I'd heard friends talk about it and how they got hurt. Iron Tribe has a fantastic 101 program that takes all the mystery out of it. Class sizes are small and if I make a mistake, it's instantly corrected so I don't hurt myself. They genuinely want everyone to succeed here. Everything here is personal and the whole staff remembers your name every time you visit.

I always feel fantastic when I leave an Iron Tribe workout and I can't wait to see what happens to my strength in the next few months.

I started Iron Tribe just about a month ago with very little athletic ability. I began in the 101 class, as everyone does. It was nerve-racking to start such an intense and structured training program coming off of a 6 month hiatus from the gym, accompanied by drinking and eating all things bad for me. Despite my lack of coordination, the coaches have been patient and extremely motivating. I have never been to a gym that actually makes you feel like you are part of a family. The coaches are passionate and very well-educated in what they do. I am actually disappointed on days that do not consist of a workout at the Tribe. I would certainly recommend ITF (especially on Ponce) to anyone looking for a complete life change...or just an overall good time with really great people.

Why I Tribe!! I have been a member of ITF for nearly two years. I love the very knowledgeable coaches and the community of athletes. I'm old and fat and they took me in. I'm still old, but I'm less fat and way more healthy!
