This is a great gym. With even greater folks. If you are looking for a fitness community, I would highly recommend Irontribe.
My girlfriend and I dropped in here on vacation in New Orleans and loved it. The gym is great, the coaches and members were very friendly and helpful and the workout was challenging but fun. I would definitely come back.

This place is the greatest! The staff is so supportive, the other members are all great people, the structure and accountability keeps me going. Irontribe isn't a gym it's a family.
Real friendly people and good energy. Got my sweat on - In and Out 45 min sesh. USD 25 for drop in. Similar to CrossFit. Will be back.
