After a tour, the staff and gym members appear friendly and seem to be willing to help with any questions or issues you may have during your work out.. Lauren did a great job getting us signed up and ready to go with a family membership.... more
Nice folks, newish equipment, scrupulously clean, great location. Want a low-pressure workout admist a great diversity of people ? If so, this is your place.. Gotta find it in basement of Lafayette bank and trust building But there workout equipment is new and nice so are some of the programs... more
