Nice folks, newish equipment, scrupulously clean, great location. Want a low-pressure workout admist a great diversity of people ? If so, this is your place..Gotta find it in basement of Lafayette bank and trust building But there workout equipment is new and nice so are some of the programs.... more
Reopened after shutdown and the place is kept real clean. Every user is given a spray bottle of disinfectant to carry around and use prior and after using the equipment. Social distancing is enforced by equipment be taped off from use.... more
