Tenley studio is by far the best studio/classes/fitness experience I have had. I have been with Tenley for 2 years marking today and I have had nothing but good experiences. They have all different types of classes to offer from yoga, dance, ballet, barre, boxing, etc. The studio is beautiful decorated. You can tell a lot of time and effort was put into the interior. It is so luxurious and feminine inside the studio. Every staff member I have come into contact with here is so friendly. Even from the owner herself, Kristen. She is so kind, sweet and caring and truly makes an effort to be friendly and appreciate those who come. My instructors I have had here also take time to make sure everything I am going is correct no matter how big, or small a class is. Making sure my form is right and pushing me to work hard till the end. Every time I take a class I actually feel like I had a good workout compared to other places in town I feel like I don't really feel anything after. Tenley is worth every single penny. A lot of the times they even offer sales and discounts. Plus, to add on top of that, your first class in every category is FREE. So not just one class. But, your first barre class is free, your first boxing class is free etc. I highly recommend coming here. It is a great experience.

I have been attending barre and yoga classes at TenleyStudio for five years! The classes are wonderfully challenging and the instructors are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful! Love this place!!
Nice first time experience! The staff was welcoming, the facility was ultra cool (great modern amenities in a very cool historic building) - my power yoga class with Megan was super fun, and the first class is free! Next time I am in Lafayette, I will be back.. I did not even have any trouble finding parking.

Tenley Studio has such an amazing environment that is so inviting and the staff is so welcoming! The instructors push you to better yourself and help you achieve your fitness goals. They have barre classes for all levels which makes Tenley so inviting to everyone! I love Tenley and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to challenge themselves and reach their fitness goals!

I knew the moment I walked into this studio that this would be an environment where I can thrive and feel empowered. Tenley is more than just a fitness studio, it is a lifestyle changer. Tenley Studio provides a positive environment where one can immediately be the best version of themselves not just physically but mentally and spiritually. I wholeheartedly believe in the message that Tenley and its faculty proclaim and highly recommend anyone and everyone to try it! Once you start at Tenley you will immediately feel the love, positivity, and power; and you will immediately feel motivated to continue on the Tenley journey!
I have been coming to this studio for over 6 years now! I've always told friends that if they are not planning on getting a tummy tuck, then this unique exercise method is the way to go. I've personally seen several women throughout the years who have had babies and then get their shape back within months. It's astonishing to watch! Though it's not officially a 'ladies only' workout studio, it really is. So many days ladies have brought in their babies in the carrier and had it by there side during the class and NO ONE CARED! It's such a supportive environment in so many ways. I owe my strength and shape to this place! After the first few classes you'll already feel a difference in your abs. It's like no other method out there, and truly made for the women's body.

There isn't one thing I don't love about Tenley Studio! The instructors are all amazing and every class offered is unique and different. Although it is challenging and you'll see results the instructors keep the classes fun so they fly by! I highly recommend going to Tenley Studio!
The experience at Tenley is unlike any other fitness studio I've been a part of. The staff is wonderful and it's in an amazingly beautiful building in downtown Lafayette. But the ambiance of the studio isn't all that Tenley has to offer.
Being new to Barre, Yoga and Kickboxing, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But after my first class I was hooked! The energy that Kristen and the rest of the instructors provide is not only motivating, it's powerful. There is a strong emphasis on being healthy in your own skin, not being conformed to what the beauty standards of the media are.
The head owner, Kristen, has a huge heart for empowering her clients to push themselves to their highest potential. Her drive for fitness is contagious and has personally made me push myself to be the best version of "me"! After a few months of coming to Tenley consistently, I can proudly say that I'm in the best shape of my life.
Tenley is my home away from home!
