I only just found this studio a couple of weeks ago and I'd never tried Pilates before but the mat classes I've taken with Len and Gretchen were amazing. The classes have been a great complement to my lifting/kickboxing training and they have helped me a great deal with my chronic shoulder pain, mobility issues and sorting out muscular imbalances.... more
I have been a member since they were still on construction back in 2006 or 2007 This has been my happy place and my luxury item. FFC removes most of the obstacles that would prevent me from working out.... more
I have found the staff very helpful, facilities very clean always, and the equipment in very good condition.. You leave voicemails, email correspondense no one ever follows up from upper managment.... more
