I only just found this studio a couple of weeks ago and I'd never tried Pilates before but the mat classes I've taken with Len and Gretchen were amazing. The classes have been a great complement to my lifting/kickboxing training and they have helped me a great deal with my chronic shoulder pain, mobility issues and sorting out muscular imbalances.... more
I have found the staff very helpful, facilities very clean always, and the equipment in very good condition.. You leave voicemails, email correspondense no one ever follows up from upper managment.... more
