Spenga is an amazing workout! I came in as a total beginner with zero experience in group fitness classes and after 5 classes I'm already obsessed! It's a challenging workout but leaves you feeling great in the end. Plus the environment and staff are extremely nice and helpful. I didn't feel judged or "dumb" for not knowing anything about my spin bike or strength training - they teach you everything you need to know. Definitely worth a go.
Often times, the best 60 minutes of my day! It goes by so fast and I don't have to think. The trainers are awesome and motivating, pushing you to your personal best (not your neighbors). Each workout is different, so I don't get bored. Totally worth every dollar!
Great gym. Down the street from my house, always clean and they just updated the space!
Great and amazing facility. All the coaches were nice and welcoming . I would recommend it to anyone that wants to try an enthusiastic fitness class/program
I am new to Spenga Oak Park and have been taking care of a new member special. I have loved my experience so far. The teachers are great, the studio is beautiful and clean, and the workouts are challenging. I have loved it!
LOVE this studio and their workouts. No intimidation, but the instructors push you hard! Highly suggest to any spinners, crossfitters, or yogis in the area looking for a challenging workout!

The energy here is awesome, all the instructor are so fun and full of energy. The facility is clean, all the equipment works and its nice to have your own, nobody is fighting over it.
I am new to spin and group strength instruction. I am loving Spenga - the workout is well balanced, challenging, and fun! In just the two months I've been taking classes, my strength and cardio have both improved.
The schedule (which includes 5 am classes) is also workable for working parents, which is often not the case with fitness studios. Katie teaches those 5 am classes and she is great - motivating and energetic, with a sense of humor and always a great playlist.
