The Dailey Method Oak Park is an amazingly supportive community of teachers and students. The owner, Holly, is one of the most kind, genuine and supportive women I have ever encountered! On top of providing the only workout that I have ever wanted to attend and that has actually changed the shape of my body, they truly provide an environment where everyone is welcome. This has been my second home for 5 years and I look forward to it continuing to be that for me and my daughters for years to come.

The Dailey Method - Oak Park instructors are very talented athletes who care about each student, and give individualized attention in all of the class settings. Although instructors' approaches and styles can be different, each is well trained and highly motivating, and produce real results in both barre and cycle. The owners promised results when I signed up, and they kept their promise. Even though it takes a lot of hard work on the part of the student to make positive changes, I always leave class feeling satisfied, and have not found a better workout anywhere, especially with barre and cycle being combined into an overall cross-training approach. TDM Oak Park is highly recommended!

I just turned 40 and am in the best shape of my life, thanks to The Dailey Method! The barre classes are a perfect mix of strength, balance, and flexibilty. Also, they have a great educator package ($100/month for the 4:30 barre classes during the week and anytime barre classes on the weekend). Very pleased and would recommend highly.

Really needed a healthy change with a job that requires a lot of time hunched over a computer. Started the Dailey Method recently and I've already realized how much better I feel throughout the day. Elevated energy and mood. I highly recommend, especially if you're in the downtown Oak Park area - the location is very convenient and the instructors are great.

I just got back from my first class, I'm a bit out of shape and haven't done any sort of work-out like this but some friends suggested it. Holly (the owner/instructor) spent some extra time helping me (in a fun, not humiliating way.) I like that the goal is strength and posture, not weight loss--though it was a good workout and the "regulars" had beautiful bodies. It was a friendly place and I'm looking forward to going again. I think I'll try the "gentle pace" class they offer--I sorta jumped right in!

The Dailey Method Oak Park studio should be on everyone's "must try" list for 2015. The facility is immaculate. The instructors are excellent, and the owners are very welcoming. Most importantly, it is hands down the best, most effective workout. Ever!

Thank goodness my friend brought me along with her to The Dailey Method Oak Park. I had been doing Pilates but had a shoulder injury that was making it difficult. After about 2 months of TDM, my shoulder feels so much better and I am stronger and feel wonderful. I have never enjoyed exercise and now I do. The teachers are fun, caring and really want to help. I love the independent style of each teacher and especially love how much effort they put into their choice in music. I can't say enough good things about TDM and hope that you invest in yourself and check it out. It is so worth it!
