I have found the staff very helpful, facilities very clean always, and the equipment in very good condition(except for women's whirlpool currently out of order).
You leave voicemails, email correspondense no one ever follows up from upper managment. With a customer service background, I have never experienced anything like this.
Clean, convenient, fully equipped. Staff has always been friendly and polite to everyone I have seen.
Acceptable experience as a gym but I will never give a favorable rating to an organization that requires in-person membership cancellation as this gym does - that is a scummy tactic and one that honest businesses are more than capable of avoiding.
Refuse to come here. The non Christian owners immorality banned me from all area YMCA dumps for being arrested by worthless and retarded Countryside pigs for things I didn't do

Completed summer camp enrollment in April only to find out today that we did not complete the payment authorization form? We had months to do, sorry he will have to come next week? We have the updated card on file, but no authorization to bill it? What's the point of having the card in file? Then I get an email at 615AM that he cannot attend this week? Asked why the form wasnt sent with the registration packet and I got no response...

The summer camp at the YMCA is over priced and some of the camp staff members are rude and disrespectful. The summer boost thst they offer should be included with the camp not extra. The kids do nothing at the camp but swim and go to the Forest Preserve.I have not gotten my refund for camp and its been a week. I'm ready to call the BBB!
