I only just found this studio a couple of weeks ago and I'd never tried Pilates before but the mat classes I've taken with Len and Gretchen were amazing. The classes have been a great complement to my lifting/kickboxing training and they have helped me a great deal with my chronic shoulder pain, mobility issues and sorting out muscular imbalances.... more
