I LOVE this gym!!! I have made more progress than ever before training here AND I got to take my love for strength training to the next level by working here!! Coach Carlo is super knowledgeable and has taught me so much to equip me to be a successful trainer! Everyone, no matter your level of experience or your goals, should check out Performance Inc!

John Carlo is by far the best trainer in the Treasure Valley! He is very knowledgeable and has a passion for what he does. John isn't your average personal trainer. He rehabilitated my injuries (some I didn't even realize I had) prescribed a proper nutrition plan for my body type and tested my limits to make me a stronger person from the inside out. My husband and I recommend John to everyone, most recently a friend that was headed for shoulder surgery. John was able to rehabilitate his shoulder in order to avoid that surgery. If you are serious about getting healthy, please call Performance inc., you will be glad you did!

I've had the privilege of knowing Coach Carlo personally for many years now and he is definitely one of the best. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, strength and conditioning, nutrition and recovery. Whether you're male, female, young or old, I really believe Performance Inc has what you're looking for.
Beyond that, John and Carmen both genuinely care about every single person that walks in the door. I have met very few people who have the kind of passion they do. They really love helping people reach their goals.
