Really cool staff, nice equipment. Has decent space and a fair amount of area to do workouts. There's alot of typical CrossFit equipment missing and their pull-up bars are in good condition, but extremely wobbly at one end.... more

I had to try out the fitness station. For outdoor calisthenics you are pretty much covered by the variety of bars they have. Some of the equipment looks fairly new. Several other also put it to good and impressive use.... more

Nice club. Definitely better than your average gym chain. The staff is very nice. The club also sponsors special events, which was surprising from a gym.. I've only been a member for like six months but I like hnl club as a supplement to my other physical wellbeing needs like training.... more

Kelsey is a fantastic instructor. She makes sure you are comfortable before, during and after the class. She has a waterproof camera and takes pictures for you if you like. Would definitely recommend if you have the time while on Oahu!.... more

Lots of relaxing and cruising.. By far one of the best gyms on the island. The facility is clean and you don't have to wait too long for any machine or cardio equipment. The membership price is a little on the higher side for Oahu gyms but it's worth it since they have a great spa, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, gym, personal training, monthly wine down Wednesday , and occasional holiday parties.... more
