Lots of relaxing and cruising.
By far one of the best gyms on the island. The facility is clean and you don't have to wait too long for any machine or cardio equipment. The membership price is a little on the higher side for Oahu gyms but it's worth it since they have a great spa, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, gym, personal training, monthly wine down Wednesday (pau hana pupus and wine), and occasional holiday parties. Plus theres ample parking for the gym members in the Koolani parking structure.
DO NOT COME HERE, they won't let me cancel mine & my husband membership, 24 hour fitness let's us cancel with a fee, we pay $200 a month and I told them my husband injured his back and we are purchasing a house and they don't care, DON'T DO IT!!!!

Island Club and Spa refused to honor a Groupon purchase that expires in July. The attendent's attitude about the spa's decision to stop accepting Groupons was pathetic at best. However, the sudden decision to not honor a simple agreement is much worst and clearly an indication of how they operate--without ethics. It has been the ONLY time a business refused to honor a Groupon, and without notice to Groupon. The spa then stated that we could use their batting cage for $85.
Would you trust a company that can't even honor a simple agreement for a onetime use let alone a long-term agreement? I definitely would not.
As intimidating as the price may seem, it's worth it if you utilize what they have to offer and go to the gym on a consistent basis. Extremely clean equipment and locker rooms. The reason for 4 stars is because they recently removed the towel supply from the locker rooms and placed them all at the front desk which can be inconvenient if you don't plan accordingly.

Went there using a Groupon for a massage. Was pretty good. Clean place with lockers for your stuff. Little hard to find.

It's just a basic gym I thought they'd have better immenities. Bang for your buck there are better clubs all over the island.
Do not go here! I went here for 6 months and two white staff members gave me some hardcore stares as I'm saying aloha to them it was cringe! They didn't even say hi they just stared at me and ignored me. They must watch fake news. Discrimination is cringe brah I go to a local gym now way better vibes and $100 cheaper. Aloha
*edit- I just spoke to Randy the owner and he says he read this post and he's going to call the cops on me because I'm not welcome on "his" property, where my co-workers and friends live. TYPICAL PIECE OF TRASH BEHAVIOR! We live here bud you own a business here we pay your salary! SHUT UP! I'm glad I don't pay this garbage a dime of my money anymore! I actually paid this asshat...

Yes the gym is nice and the facilities such as the locker room are nice, but the parking and the massage therapist my husband had made us decide to not return.
They also need to improve their management. We were supposed to get a tour of the gym, but they forgot about is, so we left.
If you're thinking of joining try a day pass first or use Class Pass to make sure you like this place before you sign a contract.

Great fitness and spa facility. Wonderful group fitness classes. Very clean and friendly staff. Free valet parking
A very nice luxury Club. The workout areas, lounge, bathrooms, saunas, even the showers are always clean and well supplied. It's not the typical 'people every where, constantly waiting for equipment' type of workout place. You can get a great workout in, have a nice hot sauna, take a hot shower and all you need to bring is your clothes. They have everything from towels to toiletries to cold water for members. I love this club and my fitness results have been proof of what they can provide.

However, there are some things I don't think enough attention is put into. Women's locker room and showers for instance need a facelift ;)
