Kelsey is a fantastic instructor. She makes sure you are comfortable before, during and after the class. She has a waterproof camera and takes pictures for you if you like. Would definitely recommend if you have the time while on Oahu!.... more
Amazing amount of free weights and machines. Beats the pants off planet.. I'm really glad this gym exists because there isn't really any other option. The equipment is used, but in quite good condition for the amount of use it takes.... more

Lots of relaxing and cruising.. By far one of the best gyms on the island. The facility is clean and you don't have to wait too long for any machine or cardio equipment. The membership price is a little on the higher side for Oahu gyms but it's worth it since they have a great spa, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, gym, personal training, monthly wine down Wednesday , and occasional holiday parties.... more
