I'm really glad this gym exists because there isn't really any other option. The equipment is used, but in quite good condition for the amount of use it takes. It is crowded, but it's crowded because it's the best gym in Honolulu available to the public.
Most importantly, it's a real gym, with squat racks, platforms, and lots of free weights. I got a month pass that I found to be extremely cheap compared to both what I was expecting, and the prices I've paid in other places for the equivalent variety of equipment and size.
Some of these one-star reviews on here are confusing. Like I don't think they're talking about the same gym. Yeah things are a little disorganized, but that's to be expected when hundreds and hundreds of people are using a facility everyday. Every piece of equipment I used or saw was in very good or excellent condition.

Awesome. Nalu was great and very helpful. UJam class was soooo much fun.

Very frustrating experience. Not enough racks to accommodate the amount of people that come through. Always long waits for equipment. People camp on equipment for extended times. Leave weights on racks and walk away, dont put equipment back where it goes. They run an olympic lifting class which consumes most of the racks with people sitting around talking.

I had some issues with my account due to a family emergency and Becky at the front desk was incredibly easy to work with. I've had some bad experiences in the past with other gyms but the customer service at this location is well worth the membership. Thanks Becky.

Love this place very friendly staff great work out equipment. Open 24 7 has its on parking garage that's only a doller. Very clean bathrooms an showers. Great trainers people who are members will steal ur stuff. But it's hawaii so I don't blame the gym at all.

It's a big gym with many equipments. Most of the trainers are very nice. Parking available for $1. Minus one star because most of the time it's packed.

Was billed during a supposed 9 month freeze. Called to talk to a rep, was on hold for 10 minutes. Then someone picked up and said I can leave a number and name for them to call me back, that there was only one representative working. I said to keep me on hold. Decided to drive to the gym while on hold. Got to the front desk and the only rep available for membership wasn't with another client, but hugging and kissing on his girlfriend. Good thing I didn't wait another 40 minutes on the phone. Staff is rude and unhelpful.
ALSO they apply a $52 membership fee every April. so if you Sign up in April they will charge you TWO annual fees for a one year membership. Do not sign up here.

GYM DOESN'T HAVE A SAUNA OR A POOL!?!?!? AT LEAST A SAUNA... it doesn't help that some staff can be rude.

These guys have their act together! As a bodybuilder I need the right facility when I'm traveling and this is my first choice when I'm in Vegas or Hawaii so I can keep up on my training. They have every machine imaginable and a great Pro Shop up front so I can keep up on pre and post-workout supplements.

Been a member here for 15 years. I've finally had enough. The machines are always broken, the free weights are frustratingly hard to find because they're never organized. It's over crowded. The gym manager doesn't care.

BEWARE! Canceling is impossible! You must cancel ON THE EXACT DAY of your contract. You can't cancel beforehand, the staff is money grubby. You get charged an extra month even if you try to dispute it or call the day after. I called a Daniel and he was not helpful in cancelling. It was more of a "Sorry you didn't call on the exact day that you can only cancel on, but I really don't care because you are no longer making us money". The gyms are not clean, overcrowded, and limited on resources.

Been going to this gym for 4yrs! This gym actually help me achieve some the things I taught i couldn't. Like loosing 70ibs. Aside from the friendly workers. Gym need a lot new equipment and need more space!

Extremely rude, money hungry staff. Denied me entrance to the gym with a FREE 3-day pass because I was a member 3 years ago. Told them I was back on Oahu evaluating my options for a new gym with the free pass, however was denied even though it states on the pass "user must not have been a member within the last 6-months". If you focused more on customer service, you wouldn't have to call people 3 times a day to get them to sign up for your gym.

The facility is run down and extra crowded in the afternoon/early evening hours. It is hot as Africa downstairs in cardio room. 5 stars for the classes offered there. Dawns turbo kickboxing class is energizing and highly contagious. You will definitely burn an easy 700+ calories if you put your all into it!

This place angers me. We signed up with the Waikiki location and when it shut down all the regulars seemed to have shifted to this location. Problem: they don't have the infrastructure for that many people. Cardio room is extremely hot which they have tried to remedy with one industrial fan. They have more industrial fans but they have them stationed upstairs in the trainer zone. Which brings me to my next complaint: they have a functional fitness area which is meant for trainers.... I'm fine that. However, it seems like they don't communicate so at peak gym times 3-5 trainers will cone off a majority of the already small area and will give you dirty looks if you get in their area. This is extremely dangerous as it leaves all the rest of the gym goers to have maybe 10ftx10ft which recently I went in and 15 people were crammed in trying to work out. We have since switched gyms.

$1 parking every time, with very bad parking at that. Very crowded, and the whole "supersport" thing is a middle finger to those that just want a normal gym experience. The three day free pass is only for locals only. The staff was pleasant and so are the customers, but would not recommend.
