I am only on the island for a visit with family. The hula lesson was amazing. Very informative and fun! Just wish my time here was longer so I could come back!
People are key. There is a wonderful variety of both teachers and students and you will immediately feel welcome. There are many classes from which to choose. Come join us.
One of my favorite places to come for yoga in Kakaako. The aerial yoga is my favorite, it is so relaxing and easy to do. They also have mixed aerial classes, which is awesome.
I came for the Spacial Dynamics workshop. It was so unique while also applying to all types of movement I experience. Regina moves in such a beautiful way and brought a beautiful element of community to her class. I left feeling rejuvenated. Mahalo!
I love this center for more reasons than I can list, but I especially like the diversity of the classes and the welcoming and cultured environment we get to create health and wellness in- as a commUnity!
I'm a student of beginning yoga. Our instructor is fantastic. The facilities are very good and located in a great area. Parking lot is a little small but lots of parking in the Wholefoods lot across the street and provides a great opportunity to pick up some healthy food.
Aerial yoga class with Kendra was amazing - it was relaxing and invigorating all in one, would recommend her and the place to anyone!
Years ago I would have given them a good review.But unfortunately rather then value a good customer. They though it ok to terget me and my children with surveillance,in a atemt to traffice us. Not a safe place to go.

I highly recommend this center because of the low $77/mo cost for unlimited classes, wide range of classes to choose from, the friendly and competent instructors, the calming/beautiful/clean environment and the fact that all mats and equipment are provided so all I have to do is show up! My favorites are belly dancing, Barre yoga, pilates, ball stability, and hula.
