Phenomenal gym.The best bodybuilding gym on Oahu. Period. The coaches here are all pros and know their business. The place is small compared to a box gym like UFC or 24...but everything you need is here.... more

The location on Smith Street in Chinatown is niiiiice! Hardwood floors, lots of windows and natural light, and it's clean and tidy. Great space for a yoga sesh. I wish I remembered to take pics during my last visit.... more
