Legit Gymnastics. The owners are super positive which makes it great for my 4 year old. .So disappointed in this place. We have been in recreational gymnastics for a couple years in costa mesa at another place.... more

I love this place, taught a few classes there and it is off the beaten path, clean, kinda small, and an interesting use of the space with a dedicated, upscale clientele. Lots of high end machines and the staff is polite and no pressure, professional, this is the healthy people, not the big membership hype you get that usually goes along with this high end gear.... more
My son takes lessons their, it is great.Very expensive. They need less people in the classes because you get better training. Other than that, very nice school!.I went to gymcats my entire life ! Very fun and exciting place for all ages ! Not only to do they have gymnastics they have cheer and dance and birthday parties as well!.... more
This place smells really bad, it has a burned plastic smell that make me dizzy. The toys are not very clean, the mattress has broken surface with tape on it..My son was going gymboree classes at Fremont hub, fremont California.... more
Gym 1 athletics is one of the best cheer and dance team that is in the Bay area. They have the best coachs in the Bay area. There so much to say about gym 1 but it's hard to put out in words.... more

Very professional and personal training in gymnastics..WARNING: I care take after my younger siblings all of which have now gone through the Gymnastics Zone at some point and after the two youngest, one participating in the 2 and under class the second participating in a 4 year old class, I am very disappointed and angry with the customer service and treatment of the youngest by his unmotivated "coach" Christin Costello.... more

Stay away. Not a strong program in terms of teaching: "teachers" are not attentive at all, seem annoyed with the students, do not offer specific corrections, and generally don't seem to be paying very much attention.... more
