Very disappointed. We went to Gymtowne to check out the gym and get more information. The receptionist was not helpful at all nor was she friendly. She acted like she was being bothered with questions. We went to Accel in Burlingame after ... and customer service was "day and night" different! Accel has friendly staff who provided answers to our questions. They also had flyers with the info we needed -- very organized! We signed up our daughter with Accel!

My preschooler just started their mini gym bug (3-4y) class in the evenings and she loves it! Easy to park and the view next to the building is beautiful!
Both my kids have been coming here for a few months now and they absolutely love it. They do learn plenty about their core strength, balancing, technique, and many other things. My eldest daughter always comes out sweating and is always so proud to show me new moves she has learned or difficult techniques that she accomplishes. I have to give a shout-out to JUSTIN who teaches level - 1. Thank you very much for being such an encouraging instructor. You are awesome!!!
Just a heads up to new parents, the gym stinks lol! There is really no other way to put it. But what more could you expect from a gym full of barefoot kids. I think I have now gotten use to the smell. It took me a few weeks to adjust. Once you have been there often enough, you get use to it.
Otherwise we love this place.
