Is much more than just a gym/afterschool/youth rec center it is a Community. When I am there to work out the staff will ask about the kids and our family. The Y improves the physical, mental, and spiritual well being of everyone involved with it.... more
So far so good everything I need and more. I really enjoy this gym as it's much less crowded than crunch. A good bit of the equipment is in disrepair but it all functions so it doesn't bother me.... more
