Wonderful low-key studio. Classes are intimate and often catered to your needs. Every instructor is very experienced and so kind! Rates are some of the most affordable in town. Love this little gem on the Eastside!.... more

Is much more than just a gym/afterschool/youth rec center it is a Community. When I am there to work out the staff will ask about the kids and our family. The Y improves the physical, mental, and spiritual well being of everyone involved with it.... more
So far so good everything I need and more. I really enjoy this gym as it's much less crowded than crunch. A good bit of the equipment is in disrepair but it all functions so it doesn't bother me.... more
