I have been taking the tower class with Kim for about 6 months and have found it to be extremely useful. Kim has a way of knowing what you are capable of and pushing you right up to that limit. She also expects you to progress and not simply stay at the same level. She is able to tell you things verbally and then demonstrate them so you know how to do the exercises properly. Over the time I have worked with her, i have gotten stronger, more flexible and have greater stamina to do the things I like to do--hiking, gardening and generally being active. I hate to miss a class (I go weekly) because my body has a way of slipping back into old habits. Kim is also funny, loves to laugh and makes classes fun.
