The best gym! All of the coaches are well educated and really take the time to help you. They work extremely hard to improve individual mobility, strength and overall wellness. The classes are accommodating and can be modified to suit your level.... more

Great gym! They've got a great deal for folks like me that fly in for work a week a month. Good free weight selection, lots of elliptical machines, and the place is clean.. Ever heard of a gym membership going to collections? You will here! I was a member for over a year.... more
Is much more than just a gym/afterschool/youth rec center it is a Community. When I am there to work out the staff will ask about the kids and our family. The Y improves the physical, mental, and spiritual well being of everyone involved with it.... more
So far so good everything I need and more. I really enjoy this gym as it's much less crowded than crunch. A good bit of the equipment is in disrepair but it all functions so it doesn't bother me.... more
Was very confused and disappointed when I was told I could not exchange sizes just because the item was on sale when I purchased it. It makes no sense as to why a store could not exchange a pair of pants for a smaller size because they were bought on sale.... more
