Very inviting franchise gym, friendly and clean. I go here as a guest when I visit my sister in law in Ft. Lauderdale. They are more a real gym than some others such as Planet Fitness but they work the same philosophy of luring masses.... more
Good gym. Nastiest GM I've ever met! So bad that I'm about to write to corporate about her!!!. Wish they would close later atleast at 12pm would be great. Fridays close at 10pm which is early.... more
Cool experience. I can go anytime I want. Clean, great equipment.. The gym has closed. No warning or notification. There was no sign on the door indicating they were moving.... more

Good equipment and weight to member ratio. Basketball gym is not usually packed . Very friendly staff.. Gym was a Gym. The receptionist had no clue about membership. Not a single dumbell, or plate was racked the day I came.... more
