I went in to inquire about the gym since my brother told me that it had recently been renovated. So I did. I walked in and the greeter acknowledged my daughter and I 5 minutes of just standing in front of the counter. I told him that I will like a tour and information of the different options they have to offer. He said okay went on the phone hung up the phone and said that another employee will be with us in literally 2 minutes. My daughter and I waited for 10 minutes and no-one came so I just left. If I'm paying for a gym then I expect the customer service to be better than my first impression. My daughter and I ended up going to planet fitness because upon arrival they were very attentive of our needs. LA has to step it up with their customer service skills.
The LA Fitness in Naples Florida on Golden Gate Road is the worst gym in the entire chain of LA Fitness no air condition for 3 weeks the equipment is two generations old compared to any other LA Fitness I've been in and the people are just tell you they rent the building so they're not fixing anything tried calling LA Corporate Office left messages no phone calls were returned LA Fitness in Naples Florida on Golden Gate Road is the worst gym in the entire chain of LA Fitness no air conditioner for 3 weeks the equipment is two generations old compared to any other LA Fitness I've been in and the people who work in the gym tell you that the building is lease and they're not putting any money into it. OMG. LA Fitness is the place to go for fitness. It has a Gym to meet everyone needs including Children. How awesome that. Not only keep yourself in shape. But your children health as well. Kudos Kudos Kudos to all the Staffs and La Fitness Corporate Office Staff. Kudos Kudos Kudos.
Although I live closer to the Miami Garden's location, I go to Pines. They just went through a major renovation! This location has new machines and isn't as crowed as the Miami Gardens location (that place is disgusting). It also has much less people. I go in the mornings and I rarely have to wait to use a machine. The kids club also has less kids and looks significantly cleaner.
Open till 12am. Nicely renovaged and new machines. Upstairs cardio area. They should replace some of the cardio equiment and squash courts with more resistance machines, all those bikes and weird ellipticals go unused. Had different machines from other LA locations. Machines are not too crowded but the weight area always is! 3 squat machines but there is always competition for them. Few leg variety machines but good ab machines in weight area. Stretching area kinda small. They need to expand!
great la fitness a little small but honestly they have just about every machine you got. an they have a steam room. still a great la fitness

I have been a member for over ten years and look forward to the a clean and comfortable space to work out in. It does get crowded at peak times, and guys do have some weird rituals in the locker room but outside of that it's a pretty good gym. Classes are good, basketball and racquet ball courts are decent. Machine are as expected, but overall a 4 star facility by my standards.

If your looking to achieve your goals this is the place to be. The coaches are top notch, humble, alert, and always push you to succeed!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Sammy at the front desk handles all members questions and conserns. Been coming here for years now, I got no complaints.

The gym is pretty good in size and that is great! The locker rooms have carpet and smells like a zoo cage in there. Carpet in the locker rooms is not the best idea. Weights are almost always unorganized. Besides that this facility is ok

I love this gym I love the fact that they have a steam room and a sauna and the pool is 6 ft deep so you can actually do some real swimming space is amazing what is not overcrowded so you always can get a machine to work on and you don't have to wait.

Nice, clean with new equipment and spacious Aerobics studio. Cost of memberships quite reasonable. GO FOR IT
A decent establishment. Some staff members are really great others can be very rude to. Noticed a lot of renovation needs to be done. The last time I went there 3/6/2018 I slipped and fell hard while on the basketball court due to what seemed to be an leaking AC unit/vent. There was no floor sign or anything indicating that the area was wet.
I go to work out, and disconnect myself from the world for one hour, not to watch stupid news channels on tv. Put a different forms of entertainment on tv or turn the tv off PENBROKE PINE LAFITNESS, thank you

Stairmasters usually out of service, t-row machine is been broken for almost a year, free weights everywhere unracked, sweat dripped threadmills. I go to this one because is more convenient.
Best gym around pembroke pines, pretty clean and well maintained, very accessible and they offer everything you need to work out.

I understand the staff must be frustrated and tired of picking up after these lazy ass members, but at 7:30 in the morning there really is no excuse. Someone should be enforcing the "re-rack your own weights" rule! If the members don't want to do it, they don't need to be a member. They're probably losing more business than that members worth.
Worst Gym EVER! The AC in the cycling room is always broken, smell bad. You can actually smell the sweaty body odors from each one. The equipment is old and dirty. Bathrooms and locker rooms are disgusting. Lou the manager uses the bathroom and does not wash his hands after potty. Stay away from this location!! I will never be back again!!
restroom area very dirty, there was vomit in two of the sinks. WC area needs a lot work.
