Love my gym a lot!

Great service from everyone at the service desk/counter and everything is mostly always clean.

Great hours and also great prices and has about everything I need for my workouts.

The staffs are friendly and professional. The place is clean.There are lots of new equipment here that I have not seen at other location.

A group of us go all the time during the day and we love the cleanliness, Nathalie is always smiling and Jamie the trainer is awesome. Pushes us to our limit every time. Exactly what we need.

I normally go at 3am. The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean. Every week day when I'm there, there is always people cleaning unlike the 24 Hour Fitness club on University and Pines Blvd. where I've seen dust balls, paper towels, and empty plastic bottles on the floor. I am very pleased and a happy customer.

Staff is super friendly! Have been coming here for only a week and can see myself enjoying coming here for at least the next year. Very clean. Gym is kept cool and has no funky smells!

Did a cc swap was told ok every thing is good. It was not, called placed on hold 2x and called again no answer....

Staff is friendly at first when you are signing up because they get their little commission off of you. After that, they can care less. They run out of paper towels constantly, their machines are out of order all the time (especially the calf extension machine) and they take forever to fix them. Floors are sometimes dirty.They are not friendly. In fact, sometimes down right rude. On top of that, they tried to take almost $200 from my account 2 days ago. I went in person the moment I saw that transaction and I told them that I get notified the moment any transaction goes through my account. The moment I said that, they were all apologetic and my money was returned to my account the very next day. I really think that they tried to pull something shady and see if they can get away with it. They better be careful with who they try to mess with. Thats all im going to say!

I am with my friend, Very unsatisfied with the service received from the Manager Christy, I heard the entire conversation. Is a shame that a business rather treat a customer like that for $23 instead of resolving the issue. No customer service. Even my time to write this review is worth more of $23.

Extremely unprofessional team. I enrolled a friend 5 months ago for their service and was told i was only paying for the enrollment fee. Details: I am not a planet fitness customer, we did as instructed to included a bank account for ach debit. And During the sign up process I have not signed any contract with my signature. Now almost 6 month later their charged my credit and when I called to inquiry about a refund, Christy the manager lied to me saying that I have in their system a signed receipt and the account is classified as the joint account, also, I was told to contact my friend to go back and replace the card because they would not do anything. Including she talked to me about my friends status with the gym, that his bank account was declined for insufficient funds etc... Christy doesn't even know who she is talking to to disclosure such information. Also, refusing to delete my information from the system and issue a refund when I was told my information would not be stored? zero starts for this kind of service. My time is worth more of $20. People like Christy deserve to receive a negative review and someone in her position take compliance course and customer service.

Great place......have massage chairs and beds.....great for therapy.....and work out....

Cons: Too small. Since its cheap for a membership it gets so packed it takes forever to hop on equipment . Everything's always occupied. You will need to hit the gym either very early in the morning or late at night.
Also they dont have much of a variety of equipment.

Overall, you get for what you pay for. Its not bad but its not great

I am so disappointed, I signed up for the pf blackcard abt 2 weeks ago. I left my previous gym of 15 yrs, decided to try this membership because of my 17 yr old. Thought this was a great opportunity, what sold me on this was the guess privileges, I called asked abt the membership details also asked if the privileges which includes the massage beds etc were also for my guest and was told yes it was, explained my reason for joining was so my son or husband could accompany me on some visits. When I went in to register, they went over the details again, confirmed again that the privilege is also extented to my guest my son was with me, they took us both on the tour of the gym and even had us both try the massage equipments out. After signing up and using the gym for almost 2 wks and both my son and I using the massage beds and stuff, I go in yesterday and after workout I go sign in for the beds and Juan tells me guests are not allowed to use those privileges, I looked at my son he looks at me, long story short, according to them, I was given wrong information which was confirmed by the fact that my guest was allowed to use these equipments on previous visits. Okay so I was LIED too, now I need to cancel my membership because had this information that they are telling me now been told intially I would not have committed to this membership for 12 mths. Guess what they gave me wrong information allowed me to use the facilities as they mentioned, now that its not so, I am still committed and have to pay a cancellation fee of almost $60.00. There must be some legal way to get around this. Contract was signed with misleading information. I am going to look at further action. And on top of that Juan was so rude, telling me I wasn't misled the person just gave me wrong info (fYI Juan it's called misleading) and then tells me go ahead and cancel my membership but they are not refunding me my money back. Please take your 2 weeks that I used your gym and admit I got screwed over by your staff. Just allow me to cancel and waive your fees, you guys have the ability to use your judgement and do the right thing. I would however like to thank Martha the Manager for stepping in and taking control of the situation in a professional manner. Hopefully you guys can resolve this and I won't have to seek legal action.

After work out I always take a hydro massage. I love it. The service is amazing and the staff is very nice and helpfulland

Pretty good gym, like that its pretty empty during the evening hours. All equipment seems sturdy and well maintained.

I see that the club monitors this so since they haven't listened to me in person, maybe this will work. I travel and have been to many PF but this is by FAR the worst location. In the years I've gone here, there are 6 crossover cables, yet only 4 handles (the only PF I've seen this); there are never enough carabiners to connect handles to equipment (get some more!!) there are never enough 45lb wts during peak times and they always travel back and forth from leg press to smith machines (there should be enough for both equipment); the ab machine has had bad bearings for 2 years and needs to be fixed Not only are they out of paper towels frequently, some dispensers are missing from the wall. Even though I've complained many times, they still allow club members to walk around playing their own music WITHOUT headphones - it's so ANNOYING to be in the middle of 5 people all blasting different music - nearly every weekend is like this. Put up a sign telling people not to do this, they are apparently too stupid to figure it out themselves.

I had a great experience there....the new manager, Lauren, had the courtesy to call me in person to let me know she resolve my situations. Also, the staff members are very helpful and the gym is always clean and organized....never thought I will witness something like that. I am glad that I switch from La fitness to Planet fitness

My experience at planet fitness was amazing thanks to Adonis! He is so warm, and welcoming! Always there to greet me and assure that my time there is worthwhile.

Wonderful price points, the atmosphere is welcoming and the Customer service was world class. Adonis Valdez the assistant manager there i think, he handled all my problems and helped me establish a plan that fit my budget and kept me happy.

The establishments was very clean, the people were welcoming and the customer service was amazing. I talked to a man named Adonis I believe, he was very helpful and patient with me and all my questions.

Having the hardest time canceling my membership. I wouldn't recommend Planet Fitness to anyone. Would suggest LA Fitness for convenience. I've never had a membership anywhere where I would physically have to come in to cancel. It has ruined my entire experience and hopefully I can save someone a headache. I've had a Black Card membership for 4 years and literally have not used it for 2 of 4 years and they can only cancel by me coming in physically or sending a certified letter . A company that is big on inconveniences. Save yourself some time.

Great gym. I wish the employees were a bit more friendly but I guess for the price you get what you pay for. However alot of different workout sections, great equipment and clean restrooms/lockers.

You know what kind of people you will find for 10 dollars a month, So dont complaint...WORK OUT!!!, great equipment. always full, open 24 hours,monthly monday pizza party, getto neighborhood.

I workout at 4:30 and it's generally quiet and there are plenty of available machines/ weights. My only issue is this gym is CONSTANTLY out of paper towels in their dispenser.... bring a towel and Your own cleaner! If it wasn't for this issue they would have received 5 stars.

gym is to basic. rules are trash and the hours are garbage for the weekends. My main complaint is the false transactions that they are attempting to pull out of my account to pay for membership and im no longer going there since july 2016.

Convenient hours, although weekends could stay open at least a little later than 7 pm. The gym is excellent for cardio, but lacks on free weights. Very poor in that sense. You get for what you pay for. Love the fact you can have guests at any time with premium membership!
