This was my first time doing yoga in several years and I found the Vinyasa flow class very challenging but also very doable. I had a great experience!. I'm still pretty new to Red Skies but I've had a great experience! Both in personal attention from instructors welcoming me like they've known me for years to the help on the mat and explanation of poses !
