An excellent venue for visiting teachers and facilitators. Soluna is well managed and maintains a high quality of service among all staff members that I met. Both physically and energetically Soluna is a pristine space.
My prenatal massage with Siddie was fantastic. Attentive to my needs and comfort level, and worked to ensure a great full-body relaxation massage experience. Highly recommend Siddie for prenatal specifically, but I am sure she is great for other types of massage as well!
I have been a loyal member of Soluna for over 2 years. The owners and all of the instructors do an amazing job of welcoming you in like family. The new studio is a beautiful labor of love and I look forward to practicing there every week!

If TOTAL RELAXATION Is what you are going for or what you are considering gifting to someone else - A Thai Massage will not let you down! Getting a Tai Massage at Soluna will no doubt be the best thing you have EVER done for yourself! They have a few therapists that specialize in the floor Thai Massage (I used Siddie on three occasions now).
Words can't explain how unbelievable different this experience is from a table massage. Everything about this style of massage just feels right and natural. I don't think I will ever go back to regular table massages. This massage shows how our bodies are truly made to intertwine and relax one another.
WARNING You can and probably will fall asleep doing this massage as its BEYOND relaxing!
I'm here to assure you, you can set aside any presumptions or anxieties you may have about Thai Massage.
Do you worry about being on a mat, on the floor? I promise you will love being on the floor!! Especially if you are larger frame, special needs or have limited movement issues. On the floor, you can spread your limbs outwards. I never realized this isn't an option on a table. Also, I weight 190lbs, and I never realized how I subconsciously never totally sank into myself on a table. During a table massage, I didn't know this, but I was always conscious of the distance between me and the floor (eek, little nervous) which is weird to comprehend but once you lay on the floor mat, you feel the way you can relax and sink is just more intense than on the table.
Maybe you don't feel like you can relax because the therapist is in such close personal proximity of you---again, the exact opposite. The way Siddie's personality is you honestly melt away, forgetting about anyone around you!!
Maybe you fear not knowing what to do, or that you won't be flexible enough? Wrong again- your flexibility skills are not being tested in any way. In fact- you DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING!! You lay there, close your eyes (if you want) and the therapist DOES it all!! No skill set required!

It wasn't until the 2nd massage that I realized sometimes the therapist uses her body (sometimes even her foot) to create resistance against me to get the maximum stretch. I didn't know this because my eyes ere closed sand I was knocked out into the land of relaxation. The touch and movement tis so fluid eits hard to tell dwhats going on! Ha!
Either way, you can request for her not to use her feet!

I booked a facial online and somehow overlooked the monthly special, the staff called me to make me aware of the special and allowed me to add it to my service. I had a facial and back cleansing treatment with Deborah and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, she was gentle with my skin and she also gave me recommendations on skin care products. She also was not pushy or overbearing and trying to sell products to me. I will definitely return!!

Hands-down, the ONLY place in Jax to go for massage, facial, yoga classes. Feel so welcomed and comfortable here. It's like a little cocoon of peace in the midst of a hectic city.
I started going to Soluna for prenatal yoga classes. Dori, the owner, is wonderful and I really enjoy classes with her! It's a cute, smaller studio and the instructors are great!
Dori and all of the staff at Soluna are awesome. They teach unique classes including chair yoga, children's yoga, yoga therapy and more. The environment is welcoming for advanced and beginner students alike, and workshops are offered several times a month to deepen your experiences with healthy living. Special touches like warm aromatherapy towels after classes also make the experience unique!
