Andrew was a wonderful instructor. The yoga class I took was very well done and very relaxing. The music was relaxing and the atmosphere was great.

I like the variety of options for classes. I also like the no-pressure environment and I feel like the instructors care about the experience that you have. It's where I go to de-stress and re-center. I feel like the instructors are well-trained and knowledgeable, which is important to me as well. I love it!

Totally recommend. Was in town for weekend visiting and went with friend. Studio is comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and easy to get signed in. The instructor Corin was very knowledgeable and easy to follow.
