Fun indoor sports for everyone and Birthday Partys. The venue was perfect for the occasion! Service, food, drinks, ample space and they even had free weights bench to have a little show case session!!! Talk about solar power .... more

As soon as you walk in you feel like family. Tina who usually is at the Juice Bar is so kind and makes the best natural juices. I love the fat burner juice. The gym is very clean and is extremely private and a great Place to have a one on one private training session.... more
Would be great if they didn't charge me for my membership while they're closed in the middle of a pandemic. And the only way to cancel it is in person.. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the staff is always attentive and helpful.... more

Old gym, outdated equipment, and expensive. Poor group classes and schedules. The unlimited membership can reach $150 x mo, more than triple what they were charging a few years ago, but facilities and classes have overall degraded.... more
