This is the most amazing group of people I have ever had the experience of working out with. I have tried several other facilities similar to HEW but none of them even come close! All the coaches are fun, knowledgeable, caring and make you feel like you can do anything.... more

This gym is amazing! Open concept with TONS OF MACHINES!!!! I seriously can not say enough good about this gym. So clean!!! Not too crowded! Also the showers were TOP KOTCH!!!!!. It's never crowded, and the owner is super nice.... more
I go here every day to work out using the threadmill, bike, row machine, SWIM FIT class & more. The staff is great & the instructors are friendly and knowledge.. I have been going here for years and it is always in great shape.... more

Great place to be. No hassle. No unwelcomed stares. Love it. The manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. This evening two people there an older woman with Ted her and the young skinny manager gave me the hardest time because of my am bag I have been bringing with me for 4 months to work out I carry my inhaler because of my asthma the were very unprofessional- nasty and rude.... more
Lots of machines,Laid back atmosphere.Not very crowded and no big muscleheads running around. This senior needs some classes to keep these joints moving and my endurance up so I can enjoy every day of my life.... more
